For the San Antonio Spurs' newly-acquired star in DeMar DeRozan, it hasn't exactly been the smoothest week for him.

The four-time NBA All-Star was involved in a trade on Wednesday that sent the basketball world into a frenzy, as both DeRozan and seven-footer Jakob Poeltl were both sent from the Toronto Raptors to the Spurs in exchange for star forward Kawhi Leonard and guard Danny Green.

DeRozan seemingly felt betrayed and angry about the trade, immediately taking to his Instagram story to question the loyalty of the Raptors' management.

However, after taking to Instagram again to thank Raptors fans for his nine seasons in Toronto, DeRozan was seen on a basketball court on Sunday during a Drew League game and he threw down a very impressive two-handed alley-oop off the glass to himself.

A video of the exciting play, which was uploaded to Twitter by Ballislife.com, can be viewed below in all of its glory.

Hopefully, DeRozan will bring some of this anger and aggression to the court this upcoming 2018-19 season when he suits up for the Spurs.

As San Antonio looks to add on to its NBA record streak of making the playoffs 21 consecutive seasons, they will certainly get a massive boost from DeRozan. In 80 starts last season, the 28-year-old guard averaged a whopping 23.0 points on 45.6 percent shooting from the field, a career-high 5.2 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game in roughly 33.9 minutes of action per contest.
